From the start, Charlene made scheduling easy and walked me through the whole process, which really helped ease my worries. I loved how they kept me updated and responded quickly to my emails. During the assessment, Lisbet was AMAZING, so kind, patient, and truly understanding of both my child and the ABA approach. My daughter didn’t even want to leave.
