We Are Hiring!
We are currently seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.
BCBA & BCaBA Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans
🔹 Provide direct services in homes, schools, and community settings
🔹 Train and supervise staff
🔹 Support families and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients
RBT Responsibilities:
🔹 Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA/BCaBA
🔹 Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
🔹 Collect and record data on client progress
🔹 Follow treatment protocols to help clients achieve their goals
🔹 Communicate effectively with supervisors, parents, and caregivers

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
BCBA Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to determine the function of behavior
- Develop positive behavior interventions and strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
- Provide direct instruction to individuals and families in order to increase appropriate
behaviors - Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for individuals
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans based on the results
- Monitor progress and modify plans as needed
BCBA Requirements:
- Valid Florida BCBA or BCaBA Certification (Required)
- District Vendor’s Badge REQUIRED for PUBLIC schools
- Prior experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
- Fluent English preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 60 per week

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will be required to travel to the home, school or daycare of client(s) and provide one on
one therapy, following the ABA program set up by a Board-certified behavioral analyst
(“BCBA”). - You must make yourself available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings
deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA. - You must have a vehicle to commute.
- All data from each session should be collected and entered electronically daily (we provide
training on our electronic systems).
Qualifications and Skills:
- District Vendor’s Badge REQUIRED for PUBLIC schools
- Experience: No experience needed; prior experience working with children preferred
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a national equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication
License/Certification:
- RBT Certification (Required)
- District Vendor’s Badge REQUIRED for PUBLIC schools
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
