At I Beliv You Matter, we believe meaningful care begins with respect for people’s differences. Our staff, clients, and families come from many backgrounds, and we are committed to creating an environment where each person is treated with dignity, fairness, and compassion. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment that actively protects and supports both our staff and the patients and families we serve.

As an ABA provider, we know that culture, language, family values, personal experiences, and access to resources all influence how services are experienced. We want our workplace and our services to reflect that understanding. We are committed to building an organization where differences are respected, barriers are reduced, and people feel welcomed and supported.

We do not view diversity, equity, and inclusion as a one-time initiative. It is part of how we make decisions, support our team, and serve our families. This requires listening, self-evaluation, and a willingness to improve when needed.

To ensure accountability, the organization will regularly review policies, practices, and feedback to evaluate progress and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
